  • Chop the potatoes, cut the peppers into strips and cut the pork into regular cubes.
  • Cut the clove of garlic into very fine slices.
  • Fry the potatoes and peppers in a frying pan.
  • Cook the garlic clove separately and fry the meat.
  • Let all the ingredients dry and then add a pinch of salt to them.
