Ingredientes
- 1 lb salted cod
- 1/4 cup onion diced
- 3 potatoes cut into wedges
- 1/2 ripe breadfruit diced
- 3 eggs hardboiled, cut into slices
- 1 avocado diced
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Preparation
- Soak the salted cod over 4 hours, changing water twice to remove some of the salt.
- Place cod in medium pan and boil for 5 minutes, separate and allow to cool.
- Peel potatoes and breadfruit (optional), cut into wedges and boil until tender. Allow to cool.
- Place potato wedges, breadfruit wedges, onions, and avocado in a bowl.
- Break up cod fish into chunks. Place them on top of the vegetables and add hardboiled egg slices.
- Lightly season with salt and pepper and drizzle olive oil over all the ingredients.
