Ingredientes
  

  • 1 lb salted cod
  • 1/4 cup onion diced
  • 3 potatoes cut into wedges
  • 1/2 ripe breadfruit diced
  • 3 eggs hardboiled, cut into slices
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Preparation
  • Soak the salted cod over 4 hours, changing water twice to remove some of the salt.
  • Place cod in medium pan and boil for 5 minutes, separate and allow to cool.
  • Peel potatoes and breadfruit (optional), cut into wedges and boil until tender. Allow to cool.
  • Place potato wedges, breadfruit wedges, onions, and avocado in a bowl.
  • Break up cod fish into chunks. Place them on top of the vegetables and add hardboiled egg slices.
  • Lightly season with salt and pepper and drizzle olive oil over all the ingredients.
