  • 1 large slice of bread
  • 1 kg lamb chops
  • 1 piece of lamb liver optional
  • 2 bulbs of garlic
  • Olive oil
  • 1 small glass of vinegar
  • 100 g peeled almonds
  • 1 fresh bay leaf
  • Salt

  • Preparation
  • Fry the slice of bread and, after adding more oil, add the chops, and set aside.
  • In the same oil sweat the chopped liver, garlic, almonds and the bay leaf.
  • Crush everything together and mash with the vinegar, adding a little water if it is too thick.
  • Then place the chops in an earthenware dish, pour onto the lamb and cook over a low heat for ten minutes.
