  • 400 g of soaked cod
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 50 g of walnuts
  • 1/4 l of virgin olive oil
  • Salt

  • Preparation
  • Cook the cod for five minutes and reserve a cup of the stock.
  • Cook the potatoes separately for 30 minutes.
  • Crush the garlic with a mortar and pestle and mix with the potatoes.
  • Add the flaked cod and the oil gradually, continuing to stir.
  • To lighten the dish, add the cod stock.
