Ingredientes
  

  • 2-3 lbs. beef or goat cut into small chunks
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime or lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp onion powder

Method

  2. Add all ingredients in a large bowl, except for the vegetable oil. Let them marinate for at least 3-4 hours.
  3. Transfer meat mixture into a cooking pot. Add water to cover.
  4. Heat to boiling and reduce heat. Simmer covered until meat is very tender.
  5. Fry meat in a large frying pan, until golden brown.
