- Coat the steak in a marinade of red wine, onion cut into small pieces, garlic, the bay leaf and oregano.
- Leave to marinate for two and three hours in a cool place.
- Dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Then place the steak in an earthenware dish and put into the oven.
- Bake 25 to 35 minutes depending on the size.
