  • Coat the steak in a marinade of red wine, onion cut into small pieces, garlic, the bay leaf and oregano.
  • Leave to marinate for two and three hours in a cool place.
  • Dry and season with salt and pepper.

  • Bake 25 to 35 minutes depending on the size.
