TORTA DE JOJOTO (CORN CAKE). Alimento Base: Sweet corn, Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
Pour the mix in a cake pan and place it in the oven at 350 F for one hour.
Sprinkle sugar over the cake. Serve it warm or possibly cool. ,

- 4 ounce butter
- 1 ounce flour
- Vanilla extract to taste
- 8 ounce sugar
- 4 ounce lowfat milk
- Sugar to sprinkle over the cake
