  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 100 ml of brandy
  • 100 ml of lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Ground white pepper

  • Season the pig and put it to marinate with half the lemon juice 24 hours before roasting it.
  • Then season it with salt, pepper and crushed garlic, pour over some brandy and dress it with the rest of the lemon juice and olive oil.
