  • 300 g of white beans
  • 200 g of rice
  • 200 g of chorizo
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 teaspoonfuls of hot paprika
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 small glass of oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Water
  • Salt

  • Preparation
  • Put the white beans to cook with cold water in a medium-sized pot and remove from the heat when they boil.
  • Leave covered for 5 minutes until they fall to the bottom of the pot.
  • Change the water for clean, cold water and put it back on the heat until they are tender accompanied by the oil, garlic and onion, a bay leaf and a pinch of pepper or hot paprika, all raw.
  • When the beans are almost cooked, add the salt and the potatoes cut into small cubes.
  • Five minutes later, add the rice.
  • Allow to cook for about 30 minutes.
