  • 100 ml of white wine
  • 2 kg of suckling lamb
  • 1 head of garlic
  • Salt
  • Nutmeg

  • Preparation
  • Clean the lamb thoroughly, removing any traces of fat and chop.
  • Place in a pan and cover with water, adding salt.
  • Halfway through the cooking time, remove any scum from the broth and add the oil, chopped onion, tomatoes, white wine and nutmeg and leave to cook for an hour and a half.
  • Remove from the flame once all the water has evaporated.
