  • 2 cups of oil
  • 1 splash of vinegar
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 hot red pepper
  • Sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

Method

  2. Clean and fry the blue jack mackerel.
