  • 2 thin center-cut beef fillets
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • Ground oregano cumin, and salt to taste

  • Preparation
  • In a bowl, season fillets with garlic, cumin, oregano, and salt.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium high. Add fillets. Cover for 15 minutes.
  • Turn fillets over and saute until cooked and caramelized.
  • Add onions and 1/2 cup water and cover for 5 minutes.
  • Serve with rice.
