- 2 cans palm hearts chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup parsley chopped
- 2 medium pie crust
Elaboración paso a paso
- Preparation
- Saute onion in oil for 10 minutes.
- Add palm hearts, saute 3 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients, mix well and cook until egg sets.
- Spoon into pie crust, top with other pie crust, vent and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
