- 100 ml of white wine
- 2 kg of suckling lamb
- 1 head of garlic
- Salt
- Nutmeg
Elaboración paso a paso
- Preparation
- Clean the lamb thoroughly, removing any traces of fat and chop.
- Place in a pan and cover with water, adding salt.
- Halfway through the cooking time, remove any scum from the broth and add the oil, chopped onion, tomatoes, white wine and nutmeg and leave to cook for an hour and a half.
- Remove from the flame once all the water has evaporated.
