  • 1 kg of cleaned cuttlefish
  • 1/2 kg of fresh shelled broad beans
  • 1 chopped pepper
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 3 cloves of garlic chopped
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • 100 ml of dry white wine
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt

Method

  2. Chop the cuttlefish into regular pieces.
  3. Heat the oil in a casserole dish and cook the cuttlefish with the onion, pepper, tomato and garlic.
  4. Add the broad beans, the bay leaf and the white wine and cover with water.
  5. Cook on a low heat until tender.
