  • Sweet paprika
  • Vinegar
  • 8 potatoes

  • Preparation
  • Cut the potato in slices with the onion and two cloves of crushed garlic.
  • When everything is half cooked, add the ray, cut into pieces.
  • Fry the sliced garlic separately and, when it is ready, add a spoon of sweet paprika and the vinegar.
  • When it has all finished cooking, drain off nearly all the water and add the fried garlic and the peas.
  • Heat and serve.
