  • 12 shrimps
  • 1/4 cups dry white wine
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tbs basil
  • 1 pinch paprika

  • Preparation
  • Wash and peel the shrimps and fry in oil with garlic and season with salt and pepper.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Cover the shrimp with wine, parsley and basil and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  • Place 3 shrimp per skewer and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side.
