- 8 large tomatoes
- 100 g of pork
- 100 g of beef
- 100 g of cured ham
- 1 medium-sized onion
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- Mint

- Preparation
- Scoop out the insides of the tomatoes and place them on a baking tray or oven dish.
- Fry the onion, peeled and chopped very finely, in a frying pan with olive oil.
- Separately, chop the beef, the ham and the pork into cubes and add everything to the frying pan when the onion is brown.
- Once the meat is fried, set aside a few chunks of ham.
- Put the rest into a mincer together with the hard-boiled egg to achieve an even mixture.
- Then season it with salt and pepper and stir everything well once more.
- This mixture is used to stuff the tomatoes.
- Then put one of the small chunks of ham, previously set aside, on top of each tomato.
- Once on the baking tray, pour a dash of oil over the top and leave them in the oven for 15 minutes or until they are well done.
