• 500 g ravioli stuffed with cheese, chicken or spinach, chard
  • 1 white onion
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cups tomato sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • Grated Parmesan to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Cook the ravioli in boiling water with some onion and salt for 5 minutes. When they are cooked place them in ice water.

Warm olive oil and saute garlic and onion. When the garlic and onions are translucent, add the tomato sauce.

Make tomato sauce seasoning and add salt and pepper to taste. Put the ravioli and the tomato sauce in a baking dish and put in oven at

250 degrees centigrade for 20 minutes.

Serve the dish of ravioli and add the Parmesan and parsley to taste.
