TAVERN-STYLE RAXO

Ingredients

  • 1 kg pork loin
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 4 greenish red peppers
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Oil
  • Fine Salt

Preparation

Chop the potatoes, cut the peppers into strips and cut the pork into regular cubes.

Cut the clove of garlic into very fine slices.

Fry the potatoes and peppers in a frying pan.

Cook the garlic clove separately and fry the meat.

Let all the ingredients dry and then add a pinch of salt to them.

Finally, put the potatoes in a serving dish with the peppers and the pork on top.
