IBERIAN PORK STEAK

Ingredients

  • 1 Iberian pork steak (medium per person)
  • 1/2 l good red wine
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • Black pepper powder
  • Salt

Preparation

Coat the steak in a marinade of red wine, onion cut into small pieces, garlic, the bay leaf and oregano.

Leave to marinate for two and three hours in a cool place.

Dry and season with salt and pepper.

Then place the steak in an earthenware dish and put into the oven.

Bake 25 to 35 minutes depending on the size.

Presentation

Serve cut into slices and accompanied with boiled vegetables and potatoes (mashed, fried, boiled, etc...)
