PORRUSALDA

Ingredients

  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 8 large leeks
  • 1 kg of pumpkin
  • Virgin olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation

Clean and chop up the leeks and put into a stewing pot over the heat when the water begins to boil.

Keep on the boil for 10 minutes more.

Next add the potatoes cut into medium-sized pieces and the chopped pumpkin and let boil for another 10 minutes.

After this time, add a good glug of olive oil and a little salt.

Let it boil 15 minutes more.

The cooking water from a cod tail can also be used during cooking, but this is optional.
