Ingredients

• 1 cup of cream
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup of white sugar
• 2 cups of self raising flour
• Vanilla

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients except the flour in a large bowl and mix well.

Add the flour slowly, stirring.

The mix should become thick.

Add the mix to a buttered and floured pan.

Cook for 45-50 min at a moderate temperature.

Serve with grated lemon or orange on top.
