Ingredients

• 1 pineapple
• Icing sugar
• 250 ml double cream
• Vanilla sugar
• 2 heaped spoonfuls of desiccated coconut
• Cachaca, Jamaican rum or vodka

Preparation

Peel the pineapple and slice into thin slices.

If you would like to use any of the alcohol, sprinkle it on the slices and leave to stand for 30 minutes.

Beat the double cream with the vanilla sugar and add the desiccated coconut.

Heat the grill. Sprinkle the slices with icing sugar and brown under the grill.
