Sonora Salad, Ala Garla, ....Diners Club, American Express, MasterCard, Visa.."This is leavenworth's best Mexican restaurant and its 5 stars for Leavenworth. Bypass lamesa in Lansing,and even case agave if you want authentic Mexican and not Tex mex or American Mexican. Starting from the beginning, the tortilla chips always seem to be delivered warm and never stale served with their salsa.. Which is made with fresh cilantro and is actually chunky unlike a lot of Mexican where its more like spicy tomato sauce. The guacamole tastes fresh and not from a bag, and the queso is also great. I struggle between about 4 things on the menu. Their Martinez enchiladas, the shredded beef chimichanga, the fajita burrito, and their fish tacos. I'll start with the Martinez enchiladas... Three cheese stuffed enchiladas with little queso drizzled on top with spicy shredded pork and diced tomatoes/cilantro on top.the shredded beef chimichanga is good.. I am not a fan of fried things very often but this is really good fried with cheese, guacamole, sourcream,& salsa. The fajita burrito I get with steak... Has caramelized onions, sautéd bell peppers, and cheese. It's topped with cheese and is great with salsa on top. Then the fish tacos are served with their special house sauce on top of their grilled fish! Really awesome, I dislike fried fish tacos though. Don't pass this Mexican place up!"
