Sandy Korem, The Festive Kitchen's owner personally customizes each client's menu. A native of Louisiana, who is self-taught in the culinary arts, Sandy uses her love of food to present entrees ranging from "the best you've ever eaten" chicken-fried steak bar to pecan crusted salmon filets. Traveling abroad for 10 years, Sandy has studied regional foods in 12 countries, and attended courses at Le Cordon Bleu and Ritz Escoffier in Paris.
