In 1989, Larry Marshall and Mike Patranella opened the first Cotton Patch Café in Nacogdoches. Today, there are thirty-seven restaurants across Texas and New Mexico. For the past twenty one years, it`s been our goal to serve delicious meals made from the freshest produce, and the highest-quality meats and seafoods. Our meals are prepared in small batches, cooked to order, and served with a smile. Our main ingredient has always been "Value". You can`t see it in our kitchen, but you always know it`s there.
