Self-Service Buffet:  Meal is setup and monitored by Wait Staff/Chef  for 1.5 hours thereafter.  Buffets less than 75 guests will be charged an additional. Pick-up:  Host picks up food, beverages and/or equipment.  Host is responsible for setup and is responsible for returning items, unless otherwise arranged . The Carolina Kitchen only cooks our barbeque the way it was meant to be. We only use oak for our flavor and heat. Don't be fooled by people telling you that it tastes the same when using propane and wood to create barbeque. Take it from us, there is a big difference. Our ribs are slow cooked for over 5 hours, and our pork and brisket cooks for over 20 hours. Fried Catfish, Beer Battered Cod, Hand Dipped Onion Rings, Coleslaw, Hushpuppies & Fries.
