The Bagdasian family opened Adam's - the Place for Ribs in 1981. The original location in Edgewater, Maryland has been owned and operated by the family as a neighborhood restaurant since 1965. Since then, Adam's has opened four more locations in Severna Park, Annapolis/Eastport, Prince Frederick, and Fruitland/Salisbury and sells over 200,000 pounds of ribs per year. Each general manager is a partner who had once managed in Edgewater. Adam's plans to slowly continue this expansion throughout the state of Maryland and into other neighboring states! Service. The prices quoted are for buffet service. Adam`s Ribs provides serving tables and coverings, all serving pieces, and high-quality disposable plates, forks, knives, napkins, and wet-naps. We can arrange for tents, tables and chairs, linens, and other supplies or services for your event. Service charges may apply on small catering jobs. Special presentations and additional services are available for an additional charge. We know that your event is very special to you, and that you want everything to be just right!
