We offer professional catering services. We can serve a small group or a group of a thousand, whether your occasion is for lunch, dinner or an all day event. We cater for Cajun Jamboree's, formal weddings, banquets and every affair in-between. Fried foods are cooked "on site" in our Cajun Shack to ensure quality and freshness. We will set up and serve from a skirted buffet table or directly from our Cajun Shack. We provide all disposable plates, cutlery, napkins, cups, condiments.
